About Kiara Berry, JD

Kiara Berry, JD recently joined the Texas Trust Law team in November 2025. With a heart to serve those grieving a loss, Kiara focuses on easing the burden on our clients as they navigate through their loved-one’s estate.

Kiara is a Native Texan, but raised in Virginia as well – a product of being an Army brat. She received her bachelors in Trust & Wealth Administration with a minor in Financial Planning from Campbell University. After spending almost ten years with Fidelity Investments, mostly in financial planning, Kiara graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law with a Juris Doctorate.

Kiara is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, and a member of the Austin Young Lawyer’s Association. She spends her free time volunteering with her church, dancing, spending time with family & friends, traveling, reading, and catching good movies.
