About Emily Fawcett, JD

Emily Fawcett is a licensed Texas attorney practicing estate planning at Texas Trust Law. She also assists clients with Advanced Planning strategies designed to achieve more complex estate planning, tax, asset protection, and business objectives.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated with high honors. While in law school, Emily was an Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif and the 2018 Chancellors class.

Prior to joining Texas Trust Law, Emily practiced tax law in Dallas and Houston.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys Pilates, sailing on Lake Travis, Bible study, and spending time with her family.
