Candice H. Bocock, Director of Probate & Trust Administration

Candice H. Bocock is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is the Director of Probate and Trust Administration for the firm.

Candice was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and comes from a long line of Texans. She graduated with High Distinction from the University of Virginia with a degree in Government and Foreign Affairs in 1977, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Candice met her husband, Rick, at the University of Virginia, and they married at the University of Virginia Chapel. They have made their home in Austin since 1982. Candice graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988 and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Candice has been practicing in the area of estate planning and probate since 1989. She is currently licensed to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court and the State Courts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, the Financial Planning Association, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Candice enjoys hiking, camping and bicycling, spending time with her family, and is active at her church. Candice and Rick have four children, and seven grandchildren.
